The 2010 Music section will be held in several venues, please confer with the 2010 Music Schedule to confirm where your section will be held. Music Schedules can be downloaded from our Website, www.redlandseisteddfod.com.au

Cleveland District State High School, Performance Space, Russell Street, Cleveland.

Cleveland Baptist Church Hall, Bloomfield Street, Cleveland.

Sheldon College Sports and Entertainment Centre, Taylor Road, Sheldon.

Redland Performing Arts Centre, Auditorium, Middle Street, Cleveland.

A new Music section for 2010 is a 'Pipe Organ' Section. The section is in two age groups, 15 yrs and under and an Open section. This section will be held at the Cleveland 'UNITING' Church, Passage Street, Cleveland. The venue and the Organ instrument is provided courtesy of the Cleveland Uniting Church.

The 2010 Eisteddfod Schedules and entry forms are now available in our 'Downloads' section.

Special Music Entry forms are available this year which can be downloaded from our 'Download' section. These are a 'Fillable' form, which can be filled in before printing out

Our entry forms are FILLABLE FORMS and can be filled in on line. Download the schedule, fill in the entry forms, Print out the forms and post, with your entry fee to the convenor.

PLEASE NOTE : HARD COPIES OF 2010 SCHEDULES WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNLESS UNDER SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES. TO OBTAIN A COPY WE CAN EMAIL YOU OR YOU CAN DOWNLOAD FROM OUR WEBSITE. www.redlandseisteddfod.com.au

Our News : Bay-FM 100.3 to Record Performances -

To continue our 2007 initiative, some of our performances for, particularly Concerto, Sonata and Aria, plus some other selection performances will this year again be recorded by Bay-FM 100.3. As our local community radio station we appreciate their involvement and have been advised that selected performances will be featured on the weekly Compact Classics program every Monday evening between 8pm and 10pm. There are some performance rights that you need to know about and if you object to these recordings please go to 'Downloads' for more information.....

In keeping with our 2007 policy by The Redlands Eisteddfod - A Child Protection Policy. As providers of cultural activities for children through to adults the Patron, Management & Committee believe that as a part of the community of care this new initiative is essential. Whilst providing greatly needed performance platforms for young people in the fields of Music, Dance, Speech & Drama and many other disciplines, we are at all times committed to their safety and well-being.


Our performers will be treated with respect and understanding at all times - to read the Child Protection Policy, go to "Downloads'.

2007 was a record breaking year for introducing new initiatives for the Eisteddfood that has improved the protection and safety of performers and organisers. Along with the Child Protection Policy a Code of Conduct will be continued to ensure all competitors under the age of 18 years of age enjoy a positive and safe environment whilst performing with the Redlands Eisteddfod. As a volunteer organisation the Patron and Management Committee are committed to bringing in all the necessary framework that will assist the Redlands Eisteddfod in its growth and success. A Code of Conduct Agreement form must be signed by all competitors and submitted to the Organisers. For more information on the Code of Conduct go to 'Downloads'
